Paneer Tikka Step by Step Cooking

What is Paneer Tikka and What it is made of:

Paneer tikka is a popular snack in India and other parts of South Asia. It is believed to have originated in the Indian subcontinent and has been enjoyed for centuries. The dish has a long history in Indian cuisine and has evolved over time to become a staple at many restaurants and street food stalls.

Paneer tikka is made by marinating paneer (a type of Indian cheese) and vegetables in a mixture of spices and yogurt, and grilling or baking them. The marinade imparts a flavorful and aromatic quality to the dish, and the grilling or baking process helps to caramelize the outside of the paneer and vegetables, giving them a smoky and slightly crispy texture.

Paneer tikka is often served as a starter or appetizer, but it can also be enjoyed as a main dish. It is typically served hot, with chutney or dipping sauce on the side. Paneer tikka has become popular around the world and can be found at many Indian and South Asian restaurants.

Step By Step Instructions for Paneer Tikka Recipe:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the paneer, bell pepper, onion, and tomato.
