- 250 grams paneer, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and coriander seeds, and fry for a few seconds until fragrant.

- Stir in the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt, and cook for a few more minutes.
