Ingredients to make Kadhai mushroom:

  • 250 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium-sized onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
