All eligible ST/SC/OBC/SEBC students studying at Post-Matriculation or Post-Secondary stages are hereby informed that the submission of duly filled-in PMS applications, its scrutiny, and processing is scheduled to be held as per the date line indicated in the table below. The detail procedure for submission of ONLINE application for availing the Post Matric Scholarship by the students and registered Institutions are available in the website: http://ori.nic.in/odishapms which may please be referred to. Eligible students are advised to fill up their applications through ONLINE mode by accessing http://ori.nic.in/odishapms. and obtain a print-out of the duly filled in application forms and submit the same along with all  supporting documents to the concerned Institutes, where they are studying, for further processing.

Date line for submission and processing of PMS Application

1 Last date for submission of Online applications by Fresh Applicants (students) pursuing their studies in Odisha. 20.08.2013

2 Last date for submission of duly signed printed online version(Hard Copies) to the Institute by the Applicants 25.08.2013 

3 Last date for scrutiny of online applications by Institutes. 31.08.2013

4 Last date for submission of Hard Copies (FRESH and RENEWAL) by the institute to the DWO concerned. 10.09.2013

5 Last date for scrutiny of online applications by the Districts. 20.09.2013

6 Generation of merit list and submission of proposals by the District to the Department. 30.10.2013

7 Last date for submission of Online applications to the concerned DWOs by Fresh and 
Renewal Applicants (Students) pursuing their studies Outside the State of Odisha 15.10.2013

8 Last date for submission of PMS application by the students passing out of supplementary HSC/CHSE 2013 exam through the concerned Institutes. 15.10.2013

Applicants have to be very careful while furnishing their Bank Account information in the specified box of the Online Application. Any wrong entry or mismatch in case of Bank information the Department will not be responsible for mis-credit and the applicant will be held responsible in case diversion of public money on this ground.** In first phase the Aadhaar Field has been declared mandatory for the beneficiaries of Cuttack, Puri, Bolangir and Sonepur Districts applying under Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/SEBC. It is therefore requested to obtain Aadhaar Cards by all eligible students for applying for Post Matric Scholarship on priority basis. This will ensure DBT(Direct Benefit Transfer) to the eligible beneficiaries.
The Aadhaar Card will also be mandatory for the remaining 26 districts in future. It is therefore requested that all students who are eligible to avail Post Matric Scholarship should obtain Aadhaar Card on priority basis.
