1-All India organised Audit and Accounts Services Officers holding analogous posts with at least 3 years experience in similar capacity.
2- Officers with at least 9 years service in the cadre of Assistant Registrar/Accounts Officer with experience in Audit, Accounts and Works Departments of various organisations/Central Universities etc.
Age -50 year
Scale of Pay - Rs.15600-39100/-
Grade Pay - Rs.7600/-
