Applications from Indian nationals are invited for following two temporary positions under the project “Molecular mechanisms of eukaryotic translation initiation” funded by DBT, India in the School of Biological Sciences, NISER.
1. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF) : (formm available inn page 3 to 4 of this docuument)
QUALI FICATIONN: M. Sc. (minimum 60% marks) in Life Sciences / Biotechnnology / Microbioology / Biocchemistry / Molecular Biology / or any other similar stream in Biosciences. Candidates with prior experience in molecular biology techniques and proteins purification will get preference.
All canddidates shouuld have va lid CSIR-UGGC JRF/ GATTE qualification.
FELLOWSHIP: -`12, 000/- + HRA (as per DBT norms)
AGE: 28 years as on 10.03.20012, age relaxation to entitled cattegories as per DBT rules.
2. LABORATORY ASSISTANT (LA) : (form available in pagee 5 to 6 of ththis documennt)
QUALI FICATIONN: -Candiddate should have com pleted Intermediate (++2 level) / (higher secondaary) with bi ology as a ssubject.
STIPEND: -`5000/- per monnth (Consol idated).
AGE: -30 years ass on 10.03. 2012, age rrelaxation too entitled caategories ass per DBT rrules.
