Level : The course in M.Sc. level has been designed in accordance with the recent guidelines from U.G.C. and contains advanced topics like Group Theory, Quantum mechanics, spectroscopy, Bio-inorganic Chemistry, Organmetallics, structure and reactivity,Pericyclic reactions, Photochemistry, Radiation Chemistry, Statistical and Non-equilibrium thermodynamics etc. The choice of elective papers as Analytical Chemistry and Material Science is in tune with industrial requirements and the syllabi have been designed to train the students for the job market.
