The candidate should download the prospectus for P.G. Regular or Self-financing Courses, 2013-14.
The candidate should download the Challan form and deposit Rs.5oo/- in branch of State Bank Of India towards processing fee. The bank will provide a Journal No. Against the deposit.
The candidates should than register himself/herself (through the appropriate link) by providing the following information:
Name of the course
Name of the Candidate
email ID
Jurnal No. (provided by the bank)
Password(candidate to create)
The candidates can then fill up the form online. After completion of all the fields in the form. the candidates should click the submit button. At this a page will open with all the information of the candidate that he/she has filled in. The candidates then must take a printout of this page and send it to the respective head of the department or the course coordinator of respective self-financing course as the case may be, sambalpur university, jyoti vihar- 768019, sambalpur(Odisha) along with the required documents by 16.6.2013 No Application received thereafter shall be entertained. The University authority shall not be held responsible for any postal delay.
