HE-FE-III-POl-OOOB/14(pt)23302/H.E., Dated: 30-Sep-2014, Government after careful consideration, have been pleased to take following decisions for smooth conduct of transfer admissions of students admitted into +2 and +3 classes through e-Admission under project Student Academic Management System (SAMS).
1. Transfer admissions to the first year classes of +2 and first /second year classes of +3 shall be carried out from opt October to 3pt December only each year. For transfer admissions, students need not take approval of the Govt. in this Department. Students will neither travel nor pursue their transfer matters at Department / Directorate / Regional Directorate within the time limit given above i.e. from O1stOctober to 3pt December of the admission year so that the students / parents will save their valuable time, energy and money.
2. Transfer admissions will be done after taking the written consent of leaving college and receiving college with information to CHSE(O) for Junior (+2) and respective Universities for Degree (+3); subject to availability of seat(s) and fulfillment of cut-off marks.
3. During this period, the transfer admissions of interested students will be done after obtaining due approval from CHSE and concerned Universities for +2 and +3 classes respectively following due procedure. After issuance of the orders from CHSE (for +2) and Universities (for +3), the respective District SAMS Nodal College of the receiving college shall update the transfer order number (issued from Government / University / CHSE, Odisha) in the e-Space so that necessary admission update will be carried out by the concerned college.
