2013 International Sand Art Festival and National Sand Art Competition will be held on 1st December 2013 to 5th December 2013 at Chandrabhaga Beach, Konark, Odisha. International Sand Art Festival and Competition is organize by Odisha Tourism Development Corporation(OTDC). Shri Sudarsan Pattnaik is a Brand Ambassador of the 2013 International Sand Art Festival.
